Final Tour of The Brick House on Pecan Drive

I just realized I never gave a final tour of The Brick House on Pecan Drive.  I did individual rooms but never collectively.  I organized photos to list our house on the MLS and Realtor.com but never actually put a blog post together like usually do for all our houses.  This house sold so fast, I think it just through me off my game. Haha!  It was certainly a GREAT thing though, so NO complaints here!  Wouldn’t it be awesome if every home we listed sold in the first day?  Ya, I’m just dreaming now!  Anyway, this home was a huge challenge for us but super rewarding.  We had planned to live here for at-least two years when we moved to Texas, but it was just too big for us.  So after 5 months of remodeling, it went on the market.  Here she is… and to see all the before and after photos, just click on the link under photos!New Exterior

Back

These are “The Never Before Seen” photos on the blog!  Smiles!  This back patio area is fully functional and I staged it with really no budget left.  We picked up most of the items in this space next to nothing, or at the best prices we could find.  The outdoor rug I purchased at Sam’s Club early on in the renovation (when we still had money in the budget) and just saved it ’til the very end, right before we listed the house.  I didn’t want it to get dirty.  I still feel like there is SO much more potential for this back patio and thank goodness, the new homeowners are brewing up some great plans for it.  The house sits on almost 3/4 of an acre, so the skies the limit!  I hope they live happily ever here!
