Wedding Buntings for Ashlee

How great is this?  I’ve been working on two weddings lately for Ashley & Ashlee!  Today I finished up two buntings for my daughter’s friend Ashlee, who lives in Idaho.  I wanted to take a few quick photos today before I send them off in the mail.  I’m pretty sure my daughter mentioned to her about the second etsy shop I just opened named “The Sign Factory”.   I’ve also been getting numerous custom orders from ebay, who would have thought?  It’s so much fun!Wedding Buntings ~ Vintage Street Designs (24)The bride-to-be sent me a photo of a little vintage suitcase with a bunting hanging on it to direct guests to place their cards inside.  She asked if I could incorporate pink and lace into each flag.  I sure hope she LOVES it as much as I loved making it for her!il_570xN.584370415_ozkjHere’s the photo she sent.  Sorry I don’t know the source.  Cute huh?Wedding Buntings ~ Vintage Street Designs (21)A close up of all the many layers.Wedding Buntings ~ Vintage Street Designs (20)Next, Ashlee asked for a “Happily Ever After” bunting.  I’ve been wanting to make one of these so I was excited to create one just for her.icm_fullxfull.38408289_tuke3h3q2y8s0os8wkw4Here’s the photo she sent but also wanted pink and lace to be added.Wedding Buntings ~ Vintage Street Designs (12)And this is the one I made.Wedding Buntings ~ Vintage Street Designs (17)It measures over 6 feet in length.  I’m hoping she shares all the photos of her special day with me.  I would love to see where this is hung.Wedding Buntings ~ Vintage Street Designs (18)I flew home this week from visiting my family in Spokane to several custom orders.  It’s Friday night and I’m finally all caught up.  I’m so thankful for all of God’s blessings and I’m continually thankful that I get to do what I love day after day.  It’s been a whirlwind week and my husband has been working long hours at work to boot.  We’ll both be working again tomorrow but we’ll be quitting early and spending the rest of the weekend together.

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend too!

Judy
