This is my friend, the all talented Bridget from Grungy Galz. You can find her on FB.
I purchased this bracelet from Threads. They employ students who are at high risk, they come from various backgrounds but want to break the cycle. Visit The Shine Project for more information.
These photos were taken of all our speakers during the Q&A session at the end of the day.
It’s always fun to learn new things and I look forward to implementing what I learned today!
Side note: just a little funny…part of what was discussed today was how to perfect your picture taking skills. These photos were taken with my phone so I need a little work on this but it’s all I have so don’t judge me! Haha!!!

Greetings from sunny Arizona! I am so happy you have stopped by. Hope you find joy and inspiration during your visit. I am so excited to be creating works of art everyday by taking old and neglected furniture pieces and making them beautiful once again. I am a Design Consultant, wife to my best-friend, mother of four and grand-mother of three! I always welcome comments and questions. I truly appreciate all my wonderful followers! One of my favorite verses ~ Proverbs 3:5,6

Judy .. Thanks for posting this . I love the pics too and your bracelet is beautiful !!! I wish I could of went to one of those blogging confrences . looks like so much fun
If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend it! It really was a lot of fun and full of great information! Hope you’re having a blessed weekend!
That looked like a lot of fun. Wish they’d have something like that here in Grand Junction. I don’t live in G.J., about 18 miles to the west. Everything always seems to be in Denver and I’m not making that trip at this time of year especially. I’d love to go to one of the blogger meetings to learn more, see if I’d really like to try it. I’m chicken.
There were several ladies at the conference just checking it out and wanting to learn more before making the plunge! It’s a GREAT resource! Hope you get the chance to attend someday soon!
That sounds like so much fun and what a great cause, I feel like there need to be more like that, so sweet of you for contributing!
Hugs,
Thanks Katherine…it was such a sweet story shared how this non-profit all came about! I was happy to contribute!
