REVIVE ~ learning never stops…

I had the privilege of spending today with some awesome ladies at Revive, the first blogging conference held here in Phoenix, AZ.  Have to say “Thank You” to Lindsey and Coley from Junk In The Trunk Vintage Market for hosting such a wonderful event.  I went hoping to learn more about certain areas of social media and some tricks of the trade.  I was not disappointed!!!  Thanks girls!!!  All the key note speakers did an amazing job and it was great getting together with old friends as well as meeting some new ones!  I was so busy with either talking, listening or yes…eating, that I didn’t take very many pictures but I’m happy to share with you what I have.

This is my friend, the all talented Bridget from Grungy Galz.  You can find her on FB.
I purchased this bracelet from Threads.  They employ students who are at high risk, they come from various backgrounds but want to break the cycle.  Visit The Shine Project for more information.
These photos were taken of all our speakers during the Q&A session at the end of the day.
It’s always fun to learn new things and I look forward to implementing what I learned today!

Side note:  just a little funny…part of what was discussed today was how to perfect your picture taking skills.  These photos were taken with my phone so I need a little work on this but it’s all I have so don’t judge me!  Haha!!!

  2. That looked like a lot of fun. Wish they’d have something like that here in Grand Junction. I don’t live in G.J., about 18 miles to the west. Everything always seems to be in Denver and I’m not making that trip at this time of year especially. I’d love to go to one of the blogger meetings to learn more, see if I’d really like to try it. I’m chicken.

  3. That sounds like so much fun and what a great cause, I feel like there need to be more like that, so sweet of you for contributing! :)
    Hugs,
