Show Stopper Accent Table

Such detail, so unique and has a removable glass tray!  The original color of this pieces was a mustard color, but after painting it with CeCe Caldwell’s Vermont Slate Chalk Paint and distressing it ~ it looks like gold coming through.  It turned out better than I even imagined.  LOVE it when that happens!!!  I delivered this little beauty to Furniture Affair early Saturday morning.  Hmmm…I wonder if it’s still there?

I printed out a few vintage postcards I found online just to show off the possibilities.

I spent my Monday doing design work with the most wonderful family.  We’re tackling one room at a time and today was spent on the girl’s bathroom.  I will share before and after photos when it’s all finished!  They have a beautiful home and it’s just a joy to be working with them!

Save the date:  Saturday, February 16, 10 am – 12:30 pm I will be teaching an advanced chalk paint and graphic transfer class at Furniture Affair.  Just give them a call to register.  Space is limited.
