My Aunt’s New Home

The past 5 days I had the opportunity to spend time in Spokane, WA to help move my very special Aunt Phyllis into her new home.  It is absolutely beautiful.  This picture doesn’t due it justice.  My little phone just doesn’t take very good photos so it will be the last time I rely completely on it.  My camera will now travel with me where ever I go!  Anyway…we had so much fun as the entire family gathered.  To be perfectly honest ..I didn’t do much moving, I got to refresh old furniture pieces with paint and then decorate as others did the heavy lifting and unpacking.  (I had the best job)  Even though it’s always hard to say good bye, it’s nice to be back home with my very sweet husband.


These are the pieces that were updated with paint and stain.  The neutral color scheme fits perfectly with the interior colors of her new home.  
 Now that I’m home, I’m busy getting ready for my first show of the month being held this Saturday in Scottsdale, AZ.  Hope you can join me.  Here’s the link for directions and details!
