Antique Cabinet with Casters

This rustic antique cabinet had my name all over it a couple of weeks ago as I entered into the auction house.   And sure enough…everyone else thought so too ’cause I brought it home with me!!!  Just a couple of days later, a very special client stopped by to pick up her order and spotted my new find.  She quickly took a picture of it with her cell phone and sent it to her daughter.  In short, her daughter asked for it to be painted all white and it’s now ready for it’s new home!  I used a version of old white homemade chalk paint and rubbed clear wax on the top for protection.  It turned out fabulous and I’m very excited to present this treasure to my client!

Now I’m off to pick out a project for a give-a-way at my next Vintage Market “Junk In The Trunk” on November 10th at the Ice House in Phoenix, AZ.  Our Vendors Night Out is tomorrow night and I need to deliver the item then.  HELP…I haven’t even started.  It’s going to be a late night!
