Belles Tables

I wanted to come up with something different than the norm to name this post, so I looked up how to translate the word “Beautiful” in French, thus the word “Belles” is used.  I just finished this pair of end tables not to long ago but just haven’t had the chance to blog about them until now.  I used duck egg blue for the base and old white for the top surface.  The pulls had a great design but the wrong color so I spray painted them with heirloom white, it made all the difference in showcasing these pieces.  I lightly distressed, then called it a day!  I love the crisp cottage feel they have.  Right now; they are sitting on either side of my white sofa in our living room but of-coarse, they are not allowed to be used.  They are placed there for safe keeping where I can keep a close eye on them!
