I’ve been wanting to tryout this Gesso treatment for quite sometime. It’s another great idea shared by Rosemary at Villabarnes.  Click here to see tutorial.

  1. My daughter came home from school last week wearing her friend’s “spare” clothes because she got gesso all over hers …

…and I’m like, huh? What is this gesso stuff? And now I know! Thanks and the table looks amazing …

    • That’s so funny! :) I’m excited to try it out on some picture frames ~ easy & fun technique! Hope all the gesso came out of your daughter’s clothes, it’s pretty tough stuff. ~ Have a great week-end ~ Judy

  2. What a coincidence! I’ve been wanting to get some gesso and try it, after I read the post from Rosemary.
I didn’t know it’s a tough stuff…I’ll make sure to wear my *paint jeans* then!
Oh thank you for following me, now I’ve joined you too :)

    • Thanks ~ it’s nice to meet you. I don’t know if the gesso washes out…I just noticed that the rag I used is hard as a rock now so I’m thinking I might just throw it away. Anyway, best of luck with your future gesso projects. I plan to do a lot more!!!
